Rus Demands Ukr Extradite Terror Suspects; Novomikhailovka Falls; Ukr Record Troops Losses March (Alexander Mercouris)

The Russians are not specifically saying Ukraine was involved in the Moscow terrorist attack but are saying that the trails lead there. They cite past Ukrainian terrorist attacks in Russia. We're waiting for more information.

On the battlefield things are as bad as ever for the Ukrainians that appear to be taking very heavy losses as Russia uses heavier weapons, with glide bombs, more ballistic missiles, and generally more firepower. They plan on using more drones, both on land (tracked), and in the air, that will lower their casualty rates further. 

Alexander points out that it is the Ukrainians who are continually losing ground and taking very heavy casualties in a war of attrition while the Russian military continues to grow in size with massively increased production of all types of weapons - something that the West, with its gutted industrial base, cannot do.
