The clip opens with the observation that the war in Ukraine has turned the rest of the world against the West, because of the clear corruption behind what has happened. They are now more trusting and respectful of Russia (plus China), and distrustful of the US and its allies. 

In the Middle East the war in Gaza is a continuation of the Israeli agenda of ethnic cleansing. Their ultimate aim is to draw the US into a regional fight against Lebanon and Iran. The Colonel points out that Washington is essentially controlled by Israeli lobbying. The Gaza conflict has also helped to turn the rest of the world away from the West.
