Rus Charges 4 Crocus Gunmen, Threaten Planners Massive Punishment; Rus Strike Destroys Kiev Patriots (Alexander Mercouris)

Alexander is cautious in attributing blame for the Moscow terrorist attack on Ukraine. Others analysts are pointing out that the ISIS networks used have likely been done so by CIA and/or Ukrainian operatives. The Russian authorities seem to think Ukraine is involved. 

Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this video is the description of action on the battlefronts, with the massive use of tactical missiles by Russia, their improved electronic warfare vs FPV drones, and the difficulty of the Ukrainian forces to recruit more soldiers. Alexander believes that the Ukrainian side is in a perilous situation.
