BREAKING: FULTON COUNTY JUDGE KILLS SIX COUNTS IN TRUMP INDICTMENT (WHAT'S NEXT?) - Lionel Nation

In a recent development, Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has made a significant decision by dismissing six counts from the August indictment against former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants, including prominent figures such as Rudy Giuliani, Charles Eastman, Mark Meadows, Ray Smith, and Bob Cheeley. The ruling, which spans nine pages, cited a lack of sufficient detail in these charges, most of which revolved around accusations of the defendants pressuring elected officials like Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and then-House Speaker David Ralston to call a special legislative session for appointing pro-Trump electors.

Despite the dismissal of these specific counts, the remaining charges, including racketeering among others, still stand against all defendants. Judge McAfee emphasized that this ruling does not equate to the entire indictment being thrown out. Don Samuel, the defense attorney for Ray Smith, expressed his satisfaction with the outcome, viewing it as a promising start toward fully clearing his client of all charges. The office of Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis has yet to comment on the recent ruling.

Lionel points out that the ruling against the Fani Willis case is open ended enough that similar charges can be refiled. However Fani Willis herself can be charged for dishonest conduct which might sink this racketeering gambit.
