Former Google CEO Wants to Build AI Drone Army for Ukraine (TheNewAtlas)

- Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt has been talking up Ukraine's drone crisis in a bid to promote his "White Stork" AI FPV kamikaze drone company;

- The company includes former associates of Schmidt's from Google and the "startup" community;

- While Schmidt seeks to level the playing field for Ukraine in terms of drone warfare, he appears oblivious to the fundamental cause of Ukraine and its Western supporters' disadvantages;

A key issue is that the war in Ukraine is one of attrition where the fight has turned into industrial warfare. Russia continually outmatches the West at every level and the only way Ukraine has stayed in the fight is that all of NATO has stood behind it. Eventually the war will end when Ukraine runs out of soldiers to hold the line. If they introduce more drones then Russian will match them, and counter them using various techniques (jamming, anti air gun/missile systems, and targeting the operators).
