The Estonian solution is to declare everyone that arrived in the UK from 1997 onwards to not be citizens of the country and to actively encourage them to leave. Estonia did not want their country to become divided because it had become populated by ethnic Russians, who had brought with them their own culture. The UK is suffering because it is effectively being balkanised by a foreign culture.
