Do people fail to understand the straightforward data tampering occurring here or are they suffering a psychological condition of not wanting to consider it, due to being indoctrinated/propagandised?

In this short 3 minute video we can see the data coming from Buenos Aires where the urban heat island effect of that city has caused the regional average temperature to increase many more times than is shown in the rural, or less urbanised, thermometer settings. It literally cooks the books. The same thing is happening world wide. There is no warming 'emergency'. For those that think the end of the world, due to heating, is nigh, this is good news. But if groups like the WHO or WEF have their way it will be the end of the world for them as they are culled for the 'good of the planet'.
