ICJ Rules Against Israel; Shock Decision; Texas Defies Biden, Prospect of US Funds For Ukraine Fade (Alexander Mercouris)

The Israelis have been given one month before a genocide is declared due to their use of disproportionate force and the words of their leaders that had genocidal tones (where their war rhetoric indicated an intent to wipe out the Palestinians).

The Texas Governor's move to close the border is entirely constitutional. Alexander thinks that if Texas is properly challenged(?) by Washington they will back down and use this to gain votes for the upcoming Presidential election.
