The big news here is that the Russians are talking about reconstituting their heavy Soviet artillery brigades and that they are still focused on an attrition war rather than a dynamic offensive battle. They say Ukraine is committing their strategic reserves to the fight which reflects on their losses.
The Russians should also constitute active reserve brigades, with less training, to employ drones, and make this a bigger part of their military.
