The bottom line is that Trump did not commit an act of insurrection. The argument of the lower court is wrong. The fact that the Colorado Supreme court is upholding this idea is a mistake in fact. The Supreme Court should be able to overturn whatever decision is made here, unless they are all under the thumb of the Deep State. The key point about standing up for Trump is the principle. What is happening to him can happen to any candidate and any individual.
