The case is being heard in the Australian Federal Court. The action is a class action by people with vaccine injuries made against named officials in the health department and the TGA - against those that wrongly authorised the use of the experimental jabs. Officials essentially failed to follow proper procedures, where they unjustifiably said it was safe, and where the public paid the price.
Unfortunately legal action takes time. Any hearing/trial may not begin until early 2024. Nevertheless, action must be taken to stop the madness since the failed jabs are still being pushed.
