Every day a lot of Ukrainian soldiers and vehicles get destroyed, with not much evidence of the same thing happening to the Russians. Describing the war as a meat grinder is accurate. The mainstream media fails to tell the public what is really going on. Eventually the Ukrainian side will run out of people and equipment.  The Russians are still willing to negotiate an end to the fighting, obviously with severe concessions which would likely include a Russian occupation of the country. The Ukrainian side, backed by the US neocons and the Azov faction, seems to want to fight to the bitter end.
