Pool is trying to paint Epps as a cooperating witness and not necessarily a Fed. This seems wrong. He might not be FBI, but he could be in the employ of other agencies. He led the protesters and his legal points are weasel worded. One thing is that he is at least as guilty as any of the other protesters currently in prison. None of them should be in jail, but we are dealing with an out of control corrupt Government hell bent on stopping dissent.
