FTX Founder and CEO Sam Bankman-Fried won a victory in court this week when the Department of Justice announced it would not pursue the disgraced crypto executive’s campaign finance-related charges. It is no doubt merely a coincidence that Bankman-Fried has given millions in campaign donations to both Democrats and Republicans.

Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger talk to The Convo Couch’s Craig Jardula about the likelihood that SBF will be forced to defend the other charges he faces, including wire fraud and securities fraud.



This is the sort of thing you expect in third world basket case dictatorships. The situations exposes the ugly reality to the public.
