The number of tanks and soldiers is only good to a point, since advancing is difficult. The most important other factor is the number of artillery pieces, killer drones, and heavy aircraft dropped bombs that can wreck fortified trenches/bunkers. These things are needed for the tanks and infantry to move forward that still have to deal with machine guns and anti tank weapons. It helps if the targeted positions are already heavily and precisely bombarded. Note: In WW1 and WW2 the bombardments were no where near as accurate although they were heavy.
