Russia Pushes to Oskol River, Rus General: War End Spring; Shoigu to North Korea in Surprise Visit (Alexander Mercouris)

Alexander reports on major Russian advances. He also points out that Ukrainian long range strikes against Russia are pin prick attacks whilst they are suffering from sustained Russian missile bombardments. There are exchanges in missile and drone strike but the story is the same, where Russia has a huge advantage.

Shoigu's visit to North Korea could mean almost anything. However, it is sending a message to the West about possible cooperation in reaction to all the help the West has provided Ukraine.
