Russia Destroys Ukr Black Sea Ports, Sea Blockade; Syrsky Ukr to Retake Bakhmut; Putin Skips BRICS (Alexander Mercouris)

The Western sponsors of the war won't negotiate and Russia won't stop until they have neutralised Ukraine as a threat. The latest update on the situation with the Russians generally hammering the Ukrainians. It's obvious that attacking without enough drone and artillery support is folly. Why Ukraine persists is a mystery, unless the neocon masters of the war are happy to see the pro Nazi forces destroyed. Ukraine is simply an expendable puppet to these people.
