Ray Epps, a man who was seen goading Trump supporters to storm the Capitol on January 6, 2021, will be criminally charged, according to Epps’ attorney.
The impending charges were revealed in a Wednesday lawsuit filed by Epps against Fox News, which accuses former host Tucker Carlson of defaming him.
There's video of Epps urging the crowd to go into the Capitol building and he was never arrested? He even boasted of his involvement in a text message. Everything is so corrupt that they'll likely make some deal so that Epps walks, or is given a slap on the wrist. At the same time legitimate Jan 6th protesters are still rotting in jail.
