How Mexican CÄRTELS Are Dominating the Battlefield (History Legends)

After 17 years of war against Cartels, Mexican Security Forces are close to being overrun. Mexican police lost control of over 35% of the country. Mexican Cartels like the CJNG have now upgraded their military forces. Their assault units are now equipped with IEDs, bomb dropping drones and homemade armored vehicles topped with machine guns. Meanwhile, various Cartels are now battling for dominance in the Capital's northern suburbs.
