"They were experimenting on people. There's no other way to slice it. The only other thing that's possible is that they were covering up for the massive number of side effects...And the only way to mitigate it, to keep the public calm and to keep taking our injection, is to give a chunk of them a placebo."
Some of the batches had extremely high adverse reaction rates that were as high as one in six people. However some batches had absolutely no reactions. This is why they suspect placebos were used. None of these alleged placebo batches had been tested either. There are a lot of factors in play here and they are still investigating.
