Lawyer Eva Chipiuk has recently filed a $10.5 million dollar lawsuit on behalf of her client, Carrie Sakamoto. Sakamoto has suffered a laundry list of debilitating physical, neurological and psychological impairments as a result of her Pfizer COVID-19 injections. The suit names Federal Minister of Health Yves Duclos, Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Theresa Tam, the Director of Health Canada Celia Lourenco, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
They told people it was safe and effective and yet there was no evidence to support these claims as these new drugs were experimental. Evidence from the initial trials and the mechanism of action actually indicated there was a substantial risk in taking these shots. When it came to efficacy, the relative risk reduction technique they used, rather than reporting on the absolute risk reduction, hid the fact that these shots were likely not very effective. Public officials and media should have understood these basic facts and not said that everything was fine and similar to what would happen with traditional vaccine technologies.
