The fundamental flaw in the case against Trump is that it is Trump's sole right as President to declassify material. There's past precedent of Bill Clinton taking classified material where he was challenged and the challenge thrown out. Everyone else with classified material, or leaking it, is in big trouble.
If any one one of these (at least) eight things holds true the case would be dismissed. A lot of the defense is Constitutionally based. It's more of the same thing that we saw with the Russiagate hoax. It doesn't matter what you think of the former Prez it's the principle that can be applied to anyone. We are witness to the machinations of an authoritarian State. It's of a similar vein to what happened to Julian Assange. People might not see it that way, but it's about the State making up charges to go after political enemies.
