Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden were never prosecuted for worse crimes in handling documents. What's happening to Trump is a political prosecution. Previous decisions about Presidential records fully back the President's handling of the documents that are also considered as personal documents. The only time there might be an issue is with the release of information to the public through FOIA requests.

Trump never obstructed the investigations either. He complained against what was happening but did nothing to hinder them. 

The people conducting this prosecution should themselves be prosecuted. Thankfully there are means to shut down this investigation via Congress and legal action.
