Western governments have determined that reducing the food supply is necessary to increase the food supply. The Mad Hatter appears to be in charge of the west.



They are saying that Western agriculture is contributing to a hotter climate (?!) and to prevent a disaster we must shut down farming. This is truly insane. The only places that will be shutting down farms will be Western countries. Other nations around the world will not, including Russia.
