The WHO is a monstrous arm of authoritarian globalists. It's a political body, not one of science. 

Campbell is talking about the problem of a WHO treaty that has binding agreements where they can essentially roll out the same sorts of bankrupt measures we just went through including media/Gov censorship of dissent. This is pretty insane stuff, but because no one was held accountable the first time around we now face the prospect of this treaty (which is more, or worse, of the same). This is why it is really important to take a stand. At least in the EU and UK Parliament there is push back against what is happening - where it looks like this agenda will have to be shelved for now.
