Prigozhin Says Bakhmut Will Be Taken, Russia Advances; HIMARS Lose Effectiveness; Russia Econ. Grows (Alexander Mercouris)

Alexander points out that Wagner is a creation of Russian military intelligence. They are not simply lone wolf operators. This makes whatever Prigozhin says more interesting since he may be acting in a psychological warfare role. The Russian high command might find his antics useful in sowing confusion. The only problem is that he's not helping Russian morale with some of his comments. Otherwise the grind continues with the Russians jamming GPS munitions used by the West.
