NEW CIVIL RIGHTS MARTYR JUST DROPPED (Lotus Eaters)

Choke holds are dangerous and their use should be considered only after violence has been initiated. The big issue is whether there would be any political issue if a black person killed a white guy. The law should treat each incidence of violence without bias. And where were the cops and mental health services?
