The globalists want International organisations to control what happens in every country. When it comes to Ukraine, they want to dismantle Russia because it is being controlled by a nationalist who won't sign up to the policies they want to impose.
When it comes to open borders the truth is migration is not a human right (it's essentially illegal). The globalists are trying to destroy sovereign nations. They are also trying to have their way via the WHO and environmental policies.
However, the war in Ukraine is largely a US neocon project, that has gone bad. Russia, as a sovereign nation, has opposed a lot of neocon policy and it's firmly on their 'hit list'.
