Norm Pattis and Steve Metcalf join Alex Jones live via Skype to break down the recent verdicts reached in Washington D.C. courts for Proud Boys / January 6th protestors and predict what's next.
The troubling thing is that the jury was blocked from seeing clear evidence that the FBI/Feds were involved in directing the violence. The Proud Boys were charging people for being in a conspiracy without any evidence of this conspiracy. The Government is saying that they followed directions being aired by political leaders, like Trump, and this was proof of a conspiracy. The problem is there is nothing illegal about protesting against perceived injustices. The fact there was a riot by some people, led on by Ray Epps (a likely Fed), does not make what happened some sort of conspiracy to overthrow the Government led on by Trump.
The actions we see here are the machinations of a fascist state. Dissenters to the State are being labelled as terrorists. What's happened here must be opposed. The ruling will be appealed.
Additional comment/summary:
The details of this trial are disturbing. It has nothing do to with Trump either, although he may be a later target. If you are concerned with injustice you should be pissed off that evidence was withheld, that the people were charged with a conspiracy in which no evidence was presented. They might have been inspired to protest, and that there was a riot at the protest, but that does not make what happened sedition, and it does not make protest illegal. This is plainly ridiculous. If the same thing happened to any other political figure this would be just as big a disgrace. The State is trying to make dissent illegal. The case is set to be appealed. The details are shocking, hence the share here. The main thing is that this issue is apolitical. It's about an unjust process. And notice that someone like Ray Epps, an obvious provocateur, is untouched. Once you see the double standard here it's obvious the law is being weaponised, along with media smears, to go after opposition to the State. The people being charged essentially did nothing serious and were set up by people (likely Feds) who are being protected by the State. Worth watching.
