Take notice of the political discussion about China's destroyed relationship with the West, and India now shifting away. They can see that the US is being run by dishonest nutbags that don't keep their word. And they no longer have to play ball and are going their own way. And so there is a breakaway movement with a lot of other countries like Brazil, large parts of Africa and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia) making deals among themselves and letting the West rot.
