There are further indications and admissions that the Ukrainian Army has been slaughtered and that the Russians have taken relatively few casualties. The US neocons (Victoria Nuland and friends), are hell bent on using Ukraine, to the last person, in order to diminish Russia, as if this was a big game of chess. These psychopaths do not care what sort of destruction they cause when furthering their strategic goals. MacGregor also says that China wants to do trade deals and not interfere in the internal politics of other countries. Unfortunately they do, but are more subtle about it.
