U.S. Would NOT Arrest Putin For War Crimes! – Admits Sec. Of State (Jimmy Dore)

The United States government is entirely in favor of the International Criminal Court charging Russian President Vladimir Putin with war crimes, as long as we don’t have anything to do with it, that is. As Secretary of State Antony Blinken pointed out to Lindsey Graham during a recent Senate committee hearing, the U.S. isn’t a signatory to the ICC, so if Putin were to come to the United States, we wouldn’t be in a position to detain him and turn him over.
