JUDGE TO RULE ON EXTREME COVID POWERS (Avi Yemini)

A challenge to the government’s ability to shut down protests (even in the name of health or whatever the next "emergency") is currently being considered by the Supreme Court in New South Wales.



Individuals in Australia were arrested for protesting the lockdowns while they were outside on their allowed breaks from self isolation. And the protesters were correct with their arguments too. The matter is before the court.
