Guess Why The PENTAGON Is Blocking Russia From War Crimes Prosecution! (Jimmy Dore)

The United States has accused Vladimir Putin and the Russian military of countless war crimes over the last year since the invasion of Ukraine. Yet the Defense Department is strenuously objecting to sending evidence of these war crimes to the International Criminal Court where those responsible could be prosecuted.

Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger note the highly ironic reason offered by many to explain the Pentagon’s wariness of pursuing war crimes charges against Russia.



Another factor is that many of the alleged war crimes may also be fabrications. The use of poison gas by the Syrian Government in that war were all fabrications leveled by the West. Having similar accusations proven false in Ukraine would undermine the US propaganda effort. Nevertheless some crimes undoubtedly did happened in Ukraine.
