What this guy is saying is likely true. Too many things are going off the rails, burning down, etc. The end result of these actions will be a people's revolt. People within the Governmet will also revolt when things get bad, and also a lot of rich interests who have had enough of the madness. The very top psychopaths might be happy with the chaos but almost everyone else won't be.
