How "Safe and Effective" are Regular Vaccines? (RogueScientist)

Ever since 1986 the US vaccine manufactures cannot be sued for damages caused by these products. The Government foots the bill on any claims. The end result is a lack of responsibility when it comes to producing something that is both safe and effective. And the public suffers as a result.
