Douglas Macgregor - Manpower Resources Exhausted

MacGregor with a summary of the war as it is now. 700,000 Russian troops are ready to go, with most(?) of them not yet committed. Ukraine has lost up to 200,000 killed compared to about 20,000 Russians. MacGregor calls for peace talks without preconditions, that the modern Ukraine is a Soviet era construct, just like Yugoslavia was.
