Ukraine Sees Signs of Russia Shifting Front-Line Firepower Away From Bakhmut



The shift of equipment away from Bakhmut may be the Russians trying to encourage Ukraine to throw more people into the meat grinder. It may be a ruse. We know for a fact they are getting short of personnel.
