The banks to steal depositor money to cover their debts? They don't need to do that, they can go bankrupt, with depositor money guaranteed. Banks are supposed to lend against money that is retained in the bank, they do not use the actual money held in the computer. This is simply a plan to smash ordinary people and looks like part of a wider banking conspiracy to dominate ordinary people.
The solution is to arrest the bankers and nationalise the banks.
