Great video on the psychology of experts conditioned to follow (medical) authority. The most likely explanation for these people is discounted because they've been told it cannot be true. And they truly believe it. The idea that the source of their information may be wrong or corrupted does not seem to factor. Insightful talk. Willful ignorance or inhabiting a false reality?
