It's a combination of malevolence through vile hateful woke politics and incompetence. Spielberg actually said in interviews that she was incompetent as an assistent and her only great asset was interrupting people when they were floating ideas at the right time that created brilliant ideas in the heads of Spielberg and Lucas. And you wonder what happens if you give someone like that the keys to your brand new Ferrari... jup she comes back with it total loss, basically returns with a blob of unrecognizable wrapped metal as in not even being able to see that it was once a car. That's basically what happened to Lucasfilm.

@Eastern Shore Probably mostly by making Lucas believe she was a good, competent person. The one thing in her life she succeeded in. Pulling the wool over Lucas eyes by marinating him for years. He apparently hoped she would do Star Wars by his decree and ideas. First thing she did once he signed, is to convince the now former Disney CEO, the other Bob, to cancel all of Lucas ideas and let her run wild. Which he did. And years later, no one really want's more Wars. At least the Mouse Trap company variations.
