Has anyone had their FULL day in court for a COVID fine?

This short clip, about no fines being upheld by the courts, because the cases were all dropped, raises questions on the legal standing of the fines and the mandates themselves. It is possible the mandates were properly enacted or had a legal basis. It might also be that the Gov is backing off due to the changed political landscape. Today we are living with the same bug that was around at the same time as the mandates, at least here in Australia, and there are no restrictions. Experts and other dissenters had explained to the authorities why the mandates were unnecessary but these people were ignored or cancelled in a draconian fashion. The real crooks were the people in authority who appeared to have been making things up. Hence the possible dropping of the fines.
