This is about being wise to power structures and how they influence people and society. Too often people act like cogs in a machine, while ignoring the truth that power corrupts, and attracts the corrupt, or psychopaths. The heavily repeated parts of the speech starts at the 8 minute mark. However, it is also worth listening to his earlier comments about having balance, wisdom, and protecting people's rights and liberties. He is calling on the public to be alert to the dangers of this new big government system.
