Russia Advances in Marinka, Vuhledar, Ukraine Struggles in Kherson; Europe Braces for Refugees Flood (Alexander Mercouris)

The Ukrainian Government is telling people to leave the cities if they can because they cannot sustain them. Millions of people are likely to move into Europe where they also have an energy crisis. Note that the Russians are not targeting any of the nuclear power plants in the rest of Ukraine under Ukrainian control. The only plant being attacked is the one under Russian control, that the Ukrainians are saying is being done by Russia. Russia attacking itself! Make of that what you will.
