The video also covers Putin's meeting with mothers of those serving or killed in the war. The idea was to show solidarity for the war, while also airing some criticisms. It seemed like a fairly honest meeting which was likely the intent in terms of public relations. Alexander also berates Western leaders and how they have disrespected Russian interests.

Thanks again for your efforts. I saw Assad and his wife visiting the families of soldiers that were either injured or martyred in their homes. They were quite comfortable sitting on plastic chairs in a small living room and chatting in a completely open manner with the family. I could then see why Assad is so popular within his country. His wife is constantly involved directly with the Syrian people and families of soldiers. They are a model of what Leaders should aspire to be.
Also on Syria, I feel the Türkiye move on the Kurds is the first step to get the US out of country. They will make it too "hot" for the Americans to stay. Once they have left there can be diplomatic efforts to bring the Kurds into line without US interference.
