Building blocks are being put into place so that political dissidents can be drugged or locked up much like the Soviets did with Sluggish Schizophrenia.
Canada is turning itself into a dictatorship. The one saving grace is that the Covid and jab narrative is collapsing around them as they try to implement these measures. Even in a corrupted system three is only so far you can push obvious BS. It invites whistleblowers, widespread discontent, election defeats, judicial backlash or a military coup to remove the corrupt.
