100% OF NOTHING- Why Didn't The Milkshake Girls Ever Start A Comic Book Company Of Their Own? (YaBoiZack)

It's not the fact that these individuals are women, it's their entitled mentality, and the fact their job positions are often redundant in the tech world which is mentioned at the beginning (HR, event coordinators, diversity etc). Zack points out that the leading Milkshake Girls don't have the old school talent level (or rather interest) to really rock out on their own. In this previously male dominated area you had a lot of competition to be successful. Guys that were not up to the task of pushing sales just did not make it.

I had one of those tech womxn grrl boss type bosses at BeachBody quite a few years ago. Supposedly she had an engineering degree, but she couldn't program "hello world" in BASIC if you gave her a step by step tutorial. We constantly were butting heads. She hated and would shoot down all of my ideas because she could not conceptualize them properly. When her higher-ups (who I was friendly with) would get wind of things though, they were always in support, and suddenly she was too... and then suddenly trying to make technical decisions, run the project, and take as much credit and control as she could possibly manage. She was also a very emotional person, which I am not, and in a workplace discussion about facts, I don't find emotional response to be professional or appropriate, so I ignore it. She hated me enough that it became an HR issue that did not work out so well for her.
