Ritter rebuts some of the talking points put out by an 'ex' CIA guy that appeared previously on the show. Russia is not desperate when it comes to this war. It is Ukraine that is pushing propaganda while failing in the conflict and Putin is not anti Western. He was pushed into a corner by Western neocons that wanted to crush Russia.
