LA Politician Actually DOING SOMETHING About Homelessness (Jimmy Dore)

Look around any American city today and you’d reasonably come to the conclusion that the problem of homelessness has just gotten worse and worse. Meanwhile, solutions from our political leaders seem few and far between. But there is one politician, LA City Council member Nithya Raman, who appears to be making a serious effort to address homelessness in Los Angeles. In a recent Twitter thread she detailed her office’s experience moving 65 unhoused Angelenos into shelter.
