Situation Report on the Kherson Offensive, is Ukraine winning?



The key point of information here is the Russian use of tactical retreats to allow the Ukrainians into artillery killing zones. Every time the Ukrainian side advances in the open they are walking into a trap. Apparently the Ukrainian Army casualty figures are very high. In this war it is better for the Russians to have their opposition expose themselves rather than advance on dug in positions. If the Ukrainian side cannot stop the massed Russian artillery they will be on the constant losing end of almost all engagements.
